# X1

> X1 is an AI-native POS (point-of-sale) platform built for modern hospitality operators — from single shops to 200+ location F&B chains. It ships a native Model Context Protocol (MCP) server so Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and other agents can query net sales, void logs, menu trees, inventory, and staff attendance directly. Built by Everyware Limited (makers of Caterlord). Deployed across Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, and Australia.

X1 is one platform across three surfaces:
- **POS (iPad)** — dine-in, takeaway, split checks, deposits, queue control, offline resilience, Linkly EFTPOS.
- **HQ (Web back-office)** — brand/shop/channel scope, menu catalog, reports, POS settings, auditable operations.
- **Online / Omnichannel** — storefront ordering plus native bridges to Deliveroo, Foodpanda, Deliverect, HKIA, HongYip, 動動板.
- **MCP · Agents** — hosted MCP server (mcp.x1.tech) with OAuth and per-tool approval.
